Intergalactic Knockout is an experimental new DIPA utilizing a fresh lot of cascade hops, with an elevated level of thiol precursors, during mash-in, utilized throughout fermentation with a new yeast, cosmic Punch, pushing hop flavors and aromas out of this world. Dry hopped with German Amarillo & Mosaic.
