DESCRIPTION:  ​Brewed by Lost Tavern Brewing of Hellertown, PA, in collaboration with up-and-coming Paper Dinosaur Fermentary (Philly), this hazy IPA was created for CBC 2026 with support from leading-edge suppliers. It highlights an unreleased Omega yeast strain selected for its haze-positive expression and layered tropical ester profile. A plush grain bill of Prairie Select, oats, and wheat creates a velvety body, while hops from Hopsteiner (Alora, Erebus, and Eureka) deliver a spectrum of peach, apricot, citrus, and subtle blueberry, finished with a touch of pine and spice for balance.
