Big bodied DIPA dry hopped with Galaxy and BRU-1 and then cold conditioned on Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice. Notes of white grape cocktail, white peach, pineapple, citrus, and soft spice.
A big bodied dessert stout inspired by a spin on a classic "street treat" we came across, Nutella Stuffed Churros. Brewed with milk sugar and cold conditioned on chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and toasted hazelnuts.
Bethlehem Bar: Raspberry
Heavily fruited sour ale brewed as a community collaboration with The Granola Factory of Bethlehem. Cold conditioned on a rather insane amount of raspberry puree, white chocolate and granola with a touch of almond. *contains milk sugar*
The return of one of our personal favorite Triple India Pale Ales brewed to date! First brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Abomination Brewing Co. of North Haven, CT, Wanderlost is a big bodied TIPA featuring a beautiful hop bill of Kohatu, Citra, Columbus and a blend of amazingly aromatic New Zealand hops.
