The second batch of our new experimental series. We altered the grain bill with a larger percentage of flaked oats and malted wheat and then mixed up the hopping rates and varieties used to "Trident", a blend of Pacific Northwest grown hops, which push aromas & flavors of citrus and tropical passion fruit.
