Between the Tanks: Spring Beer Dinner

We are thrilled to announce our Spring beer dinner, co-hosted with Marquee Kitchen is set to take place on Friday, May 1st, 2026. This special event will be a five-course beer and dinner pairing, providing you with an unforgettable culinary experience. We plan to pair Chef Mark Yundt's amazing food with some very special beers, hand selected by our Lost Tavern Head Brewer, Evan Holland. Tickets will be limited to ensure for an intimate evening. We will be opening the doors for our 2026 Spring Beer Dinner at 5:45PM for check in, with a welcome beer ready for you to enjoy prior to the event kickoff. The first course amuse-bouche & 10 oz paired beer are to be plated and served promptly at 6:30PM. You'll be treated to a carefully curated menu featuring a variety of delicious dishes perfectly paired with our locally/passionately brewed craft beers. From appetizers to desserts, each course will showcase the unique flavors that can only be achieved through the artful combination of food and beer. From our past experiences on hosting this amazing night, you can expect the dinner to wrap up around 8:00PM. We cannot wait to welcome you to our production facility located at 720 Main Street, Hellertown, PA and enjoy the delicious evening together!
